This is a sector of growth for Estrans with currently 250 residential units in various stages of development (planning, construction and sales). A number of projects are joint ventures with land owners where our commitment is to achieve the very best value from their assets in a jointly incentivised operational structure. In addition we purchase development sites both with and without planning permission.

Estrans is currently working with a number of parties who have commercial property and land that require a change of consent or regeneration. As demand in this sector grows we are able to maximise the potential of a site for the owner either by the means of a promotion agreement, a joint venture, or an outright purchase.

Where Estrans excel is transforming a difficult site into a valuable asset by using our expert team to counter planning, environmental, flooding, and technical problems.
